So were they good ?
Was it worth it?

On TV, the entire cooking process took place in a deep fryer

I had the deep fryer out tonight but no dogs and no bacon.
I see a weekend project coming
All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Would you like smoke with that sir ?

They were worth doing, and i will do them again.
They would be a lot of fun at a family gathering or something like that.
they cook pretty quick in the fryer though...you gotta watch'em.
