Aloha All -

Just got my new 4-rack BDS - seasoning as I type this.

Looking forward to some great smoked ribs, sausage, turkey legs and ... well, anything else that can be smoked really.

Welcome to the fun Siebs.

Your gonna love your new tool, just remember to keep the vent open at least half way if not more, and with poultry keep it wide open.

If you have any questions just ask, there are no stupid questions here.

You are in for the time of your life,

Thanks for the welcome and the tips.  I quickly just ran out and checked my vents.   ;)

Will be loading up Sausage in abt 20mins when the seasoning completes - will definitely get the photos going.

Thanks again for the warm welcome.

First time Sausages were FANTASTIC!!!

Even the wife, who was on the fence about the whole idea,  said ... and I quote:

"No BS, that was awesome!"

Right on!

Good to hear you mastered a tough subject right off the bat. Sausage can be tricky.
