Picked up a Bradley Smoker a few weeks ago and have been smoking....pretty much everything. Ribs, jerky, pork chops, and of course fish. I want to try cheese and pulled pork next. These forums have been a great help and source of inspiration. Many thanks to all who have posted recipes and help us newbies. :D

Hello Glenn and welcome to the forum. If you are wanting to cold smoke some cheese you may want to try making a cold smoker. Here is a quick easy one to make to get you started. If you want any more info just ask.http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=12770.msg147274#msg147274
