Thanks Tenpoint5 for a good step by step on how to do ribs in the Bradley. I used your recipe with some
variations in the rub and sauce. I must admit they taste great, my wife says best thing done in the smoker so far.....so must be good  :).

I really learned a lot while doing this smoke and am becoming more familiar with the BDS and PID.
It don't stay shiny long..  ;D

Here are some pictures.

With the rub on..I wish I could get the rubs and sauces you guys have they look really tasty

Just out of the Bradley..

Ready to eat...

Your comments are most welcome.

Cheers.

Ya know Itchy, once you start smoking, grilling and cooking in general, there's no need or desire to go to a restaurant.

Check out susanminor.org for rubs and sauces.  Good stuff.  I like Jan's rub.

Nice job.  You're well on your way to some great fare.

Heck, there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with them. I'd chow down a few.

I like to walk threw life on the path of least resistance. But sometimes the path needs a good kick in the ass.

Thanks all for the kind words.

One thing I've learned is that you can't rush things. These ribs took about 7 hours overall but it was well worth the wait.
I've vacuum packed two ribs for later on in the week. Anyone know how long they will keep in the fridge this way? Probably about 5 Min's if the wife gets hold of em  ;)

Next project is a Brisket, got one in the fridge waiting

This forum and the folks on it are the best....

Cheers
