Dual Probe PID Help

Hi,
I'm using a dual probe Auber PID for the first time and have a question. When should the Smoker Generator turn on? Both the R1 and R2 parameters are set to 1 but the SG is off. I have checked the connections and everything is connected correctly and the PID is controlling the cabinet.

Don't take this the wrong way but, are you sure the SG is switched on ? If so, check the SG power output of the Auber.

Hi BLSH,
yes the SG power is on, the sg light on the pid is off and the sg switch light is also off, i.e. it looks like the pid is not sending power to the sg.

So it turns out the problem was the power cord - I went out and got a 12 guage cord and the problem is resolved.
Thanks
