You guessed it. My nephew is having a birthday party and he wanted to try the javelina. Got it smoking now, but my older brother in Illinois wanted to try some too, so I've got to ship part of this batch to him since this will be the last of it. Originally I was just going to wait for him to come down here for a visit, but who know when that'll be.  :D
