My first attempt at brisket

Beef Short Ribs - somebody has to put some more meat on them bones!

Chicken wings for Canada's gold medal hockey game -  These got gobbled up in about 20 minutes between 4 of us.

I didn't end up smokin this guy.  He's sitting on my hood at a Burger King parking lot waiting for fries.
