I pick up all my metal from the fabricator today and if I feel up to it gonna install it tomorrow.

Have to do some Hi-temp caulking in a few areas and hope to have some smoke in it by Sunday.

Had to have some shoulder work yesterday and been taking pain and muscle relaxers so I am not too

gun-hole on doing anything. Maybe tomorrow.

I'm anxious to see the smoke rolling out... take care of that shoulder Sonny.

A little MM should help your shoulder Sonny.  Just don't take it with the pills  :-\

I will be also and if I have to go to 220 element everything I have done will work.

Right now all is good in Mudville. Casy hasn't struck out yet!

Glad to hear you're feeling better.  Take it easy for a while... we need the Smokin' Monkey in good health!

Take care of yourself Sonny.  Hopefully it's not your drinking shoulder. :D

Seriously, take care of that shoulder.

The Smoker is at the point that I feel like it is ready to smoke something.

I never would have or could have put this thing together with out HELP.

That's what makes this Forum so great! We have some very smart people

here who are willing to pass on their knowledge. I ask Mr. Walleye (Mike)

and HawkeyeSmokes (Dale) a lot of questions. And neither one laugh at

my stupidity. (At least not out loud. ;D ) Thanks Ya'll Very Much!

I had decided to make this with what I had. It had a 1000 watt element

(110 volt) on the right side. I added a 1250 watt element across the bottom.

I am controlling each element with a SEPERATE Auber plug n' play PID that I

purchased for my Bradley's.

The drip shield across the back is installed temp. I kinda wanted it there to help

direct the heat off the back wall.

Smoke Generator in place.

The junction box behind the smok gen is the wiring to the 1250 watt element that will get plugged into a PID.

The 1000 watt wall element comes out the top of the smoker and that will get plugged into another PID.

Since I only used a 2 1/8" exhaust vent, I am using a Powervent that is slightly offset and raised 1/4" to

help with the exhaust flow. mikeradio sent that to me all the way from Canada. Thanks a bunch Mike!

If I end up liking the two 110 element, I plan on having a PID built to combine everything into one controller.

I will still have to run on two separate 110 plugs unless I get an electrician out here.

Again, THANKS for all the help!

I don't think you will have to wait very long.

Pack that baby full CRG!

Now that is what I was thinking. ;D

That looks great Sonny. You did an awesome job of it. Now I am going to have to start looking for one. Luckily we have a scrapper near here that handles food equipment.
