I didn't make it to the Cajun Microwave Pig Fest until they were all ready carving the pig. The Hog was almost 100lbs dressed without the head!

I brought a 11lb Smoked Brisket, 9 1/2 lbs of Cilantro Potato Salad, 82 Rolls from my Starter, 21 links of Smoked Boudain.

The Meat ..... Ready for the Crowd!

2 Trays of Hog (They had one tray already bagged up)

My brisket on the right, an oven Brisket, Boudain links.

The other Players in this Drama.

The Deserts

Some of the Eating Crowd! There was only about 80 people.

CRG, that just gives me one more reason to get out of California, If i want a Tofu Festival, they are plenty. I really miss events like that I experienced in the midwest.

I was so stuffed when I left that Pig-Out that I missed my turn coming home

and didn't realize it for 10 minutes.

No Adult beverages, I was in a Food Coma!

The couch was my friend for about three hours. ;D

The Hog, like I said was close to 100 lbs ready to go.

He bought it from a hog farmer, cleaned and on ice for $50.

If that guys sells me a hog for $50, you might see one real soon.

I own a Cajun Microwave/Beer Cooler.
