I like the last pic. That is the place to get "SMOKED". ;D

Smoked, wrapped and powdered. I think I could like that last place. Jack and Coke works for me. I know, I know a real man don't mix Jack, but I am from north of the 49th. We mix everything. 8)
I like to walk threw life on the path of least resistance. But sometimes the path needs a good kick in the ass.

i think they're commercial/industrial sized stick burners. a lot of bbq places around here use them.

Missed it by a few days  -- headed to RMNP area tomorrow.

STC - you're close.  Those Southern Prides are commercial, most are gas fired wood burners, made for the restaurant biz.  Real logs with a gas flame, the gas flame is optional, with very good thermostatic control.  About $10-$15 k for one.
I like animals, they taste good!
