Oh yeah, use Italian sausage along with roasted peppers and onions.  A splash of pizza sauce over the string cheese.  Wow

Mrs is coming home Wednesday night and declared on the phone she is going on a diet.. (she's been with Italian relatives for 10 days - hard not to eat constantly)    I'd better get my fat/protien fix now.

Thanks, it's good to be back. My "new" job has kept me busy and I only had time for one forum and really didn't spend much time there,but I will try to stay back on line as much as I can.

Thanks monty, it's good to be back I missed this place.   10.5 and I have been talking about this forum and I missed the great people here, so I'm making it a point to come back and learn (even though I don't have a Brdley yet) I will one day. Chris has been a big help to me and I have learned a lot from him and you guys.
