Just got my Bradley Smoker. Have a million questions

Hey Maggie...  This ain't got nuthin to do with nuthin, but...
I had a granny named "Maggie".  Strange the things you remember, but I remember following her around the old A&P grocery in Paducah, KY when I was little.  Unlike my momma, she'd let me put whatever I wanted in the cart.  Ice cream, cookies, comic books, you name it.  And she never called us by our names..  She just called me & my sister "brother" and "sister"...

Hal, what was it with the grandmothers in our generation?  My grandmother Rudolph "Mammy" called me "Boy".  Every Sunday afternoon Mammy came to our house for lunch after church.  One Sunday afternoon after lunch I was headed to KY Lake.  I asked Mammy if she wanted to go.  Her response has to be classic for me..."Aw Boy I would but my bathing suit has a hole in the knee".  Got another great story about Mammy when I was dating Jan and Mammy was in the hospital dying and cool with it and got to meet Jan.  I'll not hijack this thread further (Sorry Maggie but sometimes this happens on this forum.
