I have tried every fix.  I am guessing a defective panel.  Will call Brian at Bradley today to discuss.  Food came out good though.  Pork Loins look and tasted great.  Brisket was pretty good.  Not quite as tender as I would have liked.

Thanks to Brian and Becky at Bradley.  They sent me a new Digital Face Plate and my Smoker is fixed.  Great customer service.
