Hi everyone,
Just received my shipment from Quarlow of Carolina Treet. I would love to hear how you folks use it either for the smoker (I have an OBS) or just for the BBQ or roasting pan in the oven or even if it works in a Fagor pressure cooker. Looking forward to your replies. thanks very much.

Slather it all over and inject it into a butt. It makes for excellent pulled pork.

It's good on chicken, ribs, butts, turkey, and just about anything else.

Chicken or pork with your favorite rub (Jan's Dry Rub for me) and CT. Into the smoker. That's all you need to know.
I'm pretty sure CT would be good on a rock!

Turkey!
I also make smoked (ground turkey) meat loaf, and put a quarter cup (ish) of CT into the mix. They slather a bit more on the outside before it goes in the smoker...
