Nekkid Ribs!!! Well no foil anyhow

I was playing around today with nothing much to do so I decided to try some Nekkid Ribs! Well they was not actually Nekkid Ribs I did use the very last of my John Henry's Pecan Rub on them. By Nekkid I mean I didn't do the normal 3-2-1 foil thing. I just did the 3-2 1/2 run. I did sauce half of the rack with Rudy's BBQ Sauce. The other half was just the rub. Here is a couple of pictures of what I will be taking to work with me Wed and Thurs night. Nice Meaty Spare Ribs!!

Those are beautiful.  I'm really liking the color that the Pecan Rub is putting on them.  My buddy CRG sent me some of that and I haven't had a chance to use it  but after your write up in the newsletter and seeing those ribs, I've got to try that real soon.

The ribs look great Chris.  As Ky said, really nice color.  You'll be the envy of your co-workers if there's any left by then.  ;D

Great tasting ribs 10.5  Those must have been the ribs you were babysitting while we spoke in the chat room.  Gonna order me some of that John Henry's Pecan Rub for my next ribs.  OK, I'll bite ... did you use Pecan for the smoke?  ::)

That John Henry Pecan is some nice stuff.

They are located on my way to Allied Kenco.

Maybe we could do a Large batch buy.

Hickory is the smoke of choice for this fella especially when doing ribs.
