A friend that works at Publix gave me a small premixed bottle of sanitizer a while back, she has moved on and does not have access to any more.
i have since run out, what would you recommend using in its place?
i have seen some concentrated bottles of stuff at cabela's and places like that but
with things being the way they are i am looking for a much less expensive product.

To sanitize WHAT?  Bleach mixed with water will sanitize most things...

Bleach and water is fine, not sure of the ratio, but it's available online somewhere.  Otherwise if you don't like the thought of bleach touching something that will touch food, hit your local homebrew shop for Sani-safe or something close to that.

The CDC recommends this for food surfaces.

1.Wash with soap and warm, clean water.
2.Rinse with clean water.
3.Sanitize using a mixture of 1 teaspoon (4.9 mL) of bleach per gallon of clean water.
4.Allow to air dry.

I use these wipes on surfaces and items that are not sharp.
