Wow!  I have to make something for a pot luck on Saturday.  Is there a recipe on line that you followed?

Great job, Snelly!

I predict a birth explosion in you neighborhood, beginning as soon as possible,  There are some ladies who have eyes on your loins.
I like animals, they taste good!

Snelly,

It looks like you kicked that butt, I mean loin.

Nice smoke.  I am sure everyone is more than happy with the results.

Sorry guys, no recipe to speak of.  Just a lot of great advice from the guys here on the forum....
Here's what I did:
1 pork loin (9.5lb)
rub (in this case I used Batman of BBQ's rub) but any brown sugar based rub will work fine
mustard slather (light)
Smoked with apple for 2.5 hours
Smoked/cooked to an IT of 145-150
FTC'd 3 hours and sliced thin
Placed in crock pot with some chicken broth and apple juice.

Hope this helps guys!
Is it bad if my wife refers to the smoker as "The Mistress"?
