Well the big day finely finally came and went and I'm happy to say "I did not lose a daughter, I gained a son-in-law.  The wedding was in our back yard with a 40 x 30 tent including tables and chairs for 70 along with an arch and DJ to play all the music with a little karaoke to boot. All the decorations and food was done by family and friends and even the cleanup this morning was done by an even smaller group of the same!  ;D

But on a more serious note the wedding was beautiful!

My daughter and new son-in-law:

My spelling is always bad but even worse when I'm worn damn out.

That's a beautiful couple!  Congrats TR, I know you now feel relieved that the day has passed.

Now on to FIL duties -- does that young man know how to smoke a butt and a brisket yet?  If not, you have some educating to do.  Just don't make it look as easy as it is.    ;)
I like animals, they taste good!

You say it was done in your backyard, but I don't see any smoke rising. So who's yard are you really in? You didn't lose a daughter, you gain a mouth to consume smoked goodies.  ;D
Congrats to all, and wishing them all the happiness for their future.

Thank you everybody! And yes I too am happy she got her looks from her Mom. And even though he is another mouth to feed he is willing to work for it by helping me paint inside and out and putting up Christmas light and stuff. So I've had almost 3 years of help out of him so far!  ;D

A beautiful bride indeed!!

I know you're a proud papa, I've been there twice myself so far - with one more daughter to go and son that is still partying at college.
