WyoDuke, Great call adding the Brisket for luck. I would put the brisket on top so it drips down onto the ribs. I was also looking at your picture and something caught my eye. I can see the heating element glowing red on the front of your V-tray. This leads me to believe that you may have it installed upside down. The V should point down. This funnels all of the drippings into the water bowl with the spent pucks. Having it pointing up directs the juices to the front and back of your smoker. This is an invite for a fire if the dripping juices are falling on your heating element. I would hate to see that happen to you or anyone.
