Why did I wait so long? I was scared. Why was I scared ....

I don't know. It was alot of work, but was fun.

I did (3) 3lb "Old Fashion Bologna" by Hi Mountain venison/pork

Also (2) 3lb "Old Fashion Bologna" by Hi Mountain beef/pork

And 10 lbs of Backwoods Summer Sausage venison/pork

25lbs of Sausage. Here are some misc pics.
