I decided to smoke a Turkey Breast for Thanksgiving.
7.87 lbs.
Temp. 225 F
Ambient Temp: 32 F
Cherry, Hickory, Cherry (3 hour smoke)
Finished in 325 F Oven
Equipment: OBS
I did not brine the T.B.
Turned out great, everyone ate this and left the Oven Turkey along.  (Had to have a backup just in case).
