Have you ever try to put Tabasco right on the Bradley smoke pucks. ::)

I've sprinkled spices on the pucks, just on the top so the spices dont' hit the burner except for the little bit that gets raked off.

They have the Jim Beam here at cabela's... havn't seen the crown royal yet. Jimmy's is awsome with beef.

From what I understand, the Jim Beam are only available in the USA and the Crown Royal are only available in Canada.

Getting some Crown Royal Bisquettes is on my list when I visit Canada.

WCSM, Sounds like you had a great time.  Do they sell to the public directly form the office/factory?  If so, is it cheaper than buying from a  retailer?  I'm in Poco, so it might be worth a trip to Delta to load up.

bought some j.beam at gander mtn. yesterday 19.99 for 48 pk. also bought apple, and hickory. my butts in now are being smoked with those 3 and maple.

i can get both the jim beam and the crown royal at wholesale sports in calgary alberta.
