My neighbor got a small 3 lb brisket flat yesterday. I have it in a SR wet marinade in my Tupperware marinade tubs. (i thought i lost em)
Going in my 6 rack with hickory pellets and saw dust in the amaze-n-smoker.

Tupperware marinator containers have bumps in them to allow the marinade to flow around the food.

Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

Stupid question time ??? What is the advantage to torturing that poor piece of meat by hanging it from the ceiling vs. letting it relax on the rack?

Hang 'em high!  Brisket looks real nice!

With it hanging of the end of what looks like a clasp I'm thinking it looks like a key chain on steroids.    :D

Sorry no pics of the plated brisket  :-\

BuyLowSellHigh

Looks good, NePaS.  Definitely juicy!

So tell the truth -- it never really got plated, did it.  I'd bet all of it "vaporized" right from the cutting board into the mouths of hungry bystanders.   ;)
