Snow here, probably no work tomorrow, so...

I own a Siding company. Its not really about the amount of snow, more the cold temps. Today was -15 windchill this morning. At that temp,  the vinyl siding will crack when you cut it. Also the roofs are iced over and covered with snow, and the house we are doing now has a lot of roof work.
Plus until now we've had a mild winter, its nice to have a little vacation.

Temperature and wind chill has ALLOT to do with how much a guy works when he works outside.

I work construction also and today, around 10:00 will be the first time this week were sending guys out.
