This was the largest I have done so far. 10.75 lb.

Used the last of Heather's Butt Rub from RedJada in the Christmas Exchange.

Fork tested after 16 hours with IT 185. Just over 8 lb. yield.

I just spent $12 K on this Honda Accord! Why can't it tow my boat?!?

Pretty good. A little 'hammy' flavor. My daughter likes it better than my usual Mr Brown. This butt took 1.5 packets to cover.

I set PID for 225, but I don't worry about it too much. It spent a long time between 200 and 210 at the beginning. This was also my first time using the Tappecue. I have not looked at the data too closely yet.

BTW, 3 hours apple smoke.

Looks really good...

When I cook for my church I get cases of butt's and the weigh around 10 lbs each.   I will do anywhere from 18 to 28 of them each year
Live, ride, eat well and thank God!

I like a big butt too, as long as it's firm. You can always pinch it in the store to see if it is but be careful.

I want to be a better carnivore!
