STC - good snag on the smoker box!  Been looking for one myself.  My dealer says he can usually find one - but hasn't yet.  Been liking getting acquainted with the Adobe marinades - fun to find uses for them.  They are handy to have.

Pat, The Honey Stinger MAK sauce is crazy good lightly glazed on ribs  Combine the two MAK rubs, Sweet and Chipotle and try on your next pork butt.  Really good flavor combination.
