Marine Surveyor - Saw Bradleys on the decks of fish camps.....

Wanted something to turn my fish into "most amazing smoked salmon" and all I read led me to believe that the Bradley was the way to go. Got mine, seasoned it today and then put a Bear ham in along with 3 bear sausages. The sausages were outstanding and the Bear ham is really good. Will slice and vacuum pack the Ham tomorrow and will put on 30-40 sausages.

NEAT MACHINE. First time I used it and scored a major win. Already really like the machine.
