Hello all is is possible to while tailgating at 7:00am  to put  babybacks in and and eat them at the end of the race, the ribs will be frozen in a cooler.

How long is the race?  If it is 3 hours and you start an hour or so early, then yes.  4 to 5 hours can be enough for the Bradely.  If you don't 4 to 5 hours, then not from a smoker low and slow standpoint.  You can do some high speed ribs if time is a a lot tighter.

Sounds like enough time.  Are you doing these on the Bradley?
Another option for you is what I have done in the past.  Smoke them a day or two (or more) in advance saving the last 1 hour off your normal cook.  Then bring them to the race double wrapped in foil with a table spoon full of liquid.  You can heat them up for about an hour on a grill with indirect heat and then if you are a saucey crowd, unwrap them and slather them up for 10 to 15 minutes of direct heat.
