OOOOH SO SHINY!!!

The ole DBS4 got booted from its perch today. I was told that the dinning room table WAS NOT where a 6 rack smoker would be when she got home from work. So I took it out and put it up on the cabinet where the 4 rack has been residing. I opened up the door and about blinded myself. I went to season it and it has been so long I forgot how to do it. So I had to go look in the book. BTW it is 150º for one hour and smoke for one hour just in case you find yourself asking the same question. For those of us that forget what the inside of a new smoker looks like and just how shiny they are. I took a picture.



It has a dull sheen to it now after seasoning. ;D
