i have seen you guys pickle stuff i have never how do you do it is it for flavor or just another way to keep them other than freezing

I don't know about you guys but I think I saw some beads of sweat on this post. They are still going to be darn hot pickled or not. Every time I look at those pictures I get heart burn.
