I guess you could say I had a Bradley forum lunch today.  Two slices of leftover meatloaf warmed up on the flat top.  Got the recipe from Sonny and Chris.  And the Crusty bread from Sandy's recipe last week.  Should hold me over until supper.

If Ghost9mm thinks this is torture you can imagine how all of this pork looks to me as I am sitting in the middle of the desert in Saudi Arabia...seriously it all looks fantastic and I will be heading home to by Bradley in a few days...

That bread just looks awesome.  Making some on Sunday and I can all but guarantee mine will turn out as a flat pile of dough.  Good Looking Eats!

Trust me it's about fool proof!  Just don't Knead it or add flour to it....it's suppose to be a wet sticky mixture.

Hey Pat,

Take some Boudain out of it casing and put in a bowl.

Take 1 egg in a separate bowl and whip it. (whip it good  ;) )

Add some or all the egg to the boudain depending on how boudain
you have. You want the egg to be a binder for the Boudain, not a
gooey mess.

Make patty's out of the mix and fry it till semi crisp.

Or

Add a smaller amount of Boudain to several whipped eggs and
scramble it.

Makes either a great breakfast addition or a great breakfast.

We love boudin and scrambled eggs. Ann likes the fried patties you mentioned too.
My favorite is deep fried boudin balls.
