I can get full blocks of cheese at the local meat market.

I knew you would love the smoked Cooper Sharp. That is by far the most popular cheese I smoke.

Yep!!! Pens.. I almost made myself sick eating to much of that cheese..lol but it is so good...looking forward to meeting you at NEPAS lll..
