New element

Just called Bradley as my element went out this weekend.  lady was very nice and the biggest thing I liked was there was no automated computer to give you a hundred options just to get to an operated.  Only problem is they are on back order as so many have been going out.  She did tell me though the problem is fixed.  I hope so think I am still going to order an extra one or two form yard and pool to have on hand.  Although I see they are back ordered there as well.

Well at least they are going to send you a new element, hopefully these new elements will have a much better life span..lets hope so...

Lumpy - I called this morning also to order a replacement element and probably spoke to the same young lady. I happened to have one that I was going to use to double up with, so I lucked out. I think I'll just go ahead and order a couple more and hope they gather dust. ;D
