I use my canner on my camp chef stove outside with no problem. I jar up a bunch of salmon every summer. Outside is the only way to go because the fish smell can hang around the house for quite awhile LOL.

The smell and humidity is another reason I was wanting to use my fryer burner, keep them outta the house.
