Mothers day and Burnt hot dogs!

Saturday & Sunday we laid out 780 + feet of water line so we could get off well water and go to county water.
I was so give out I didn't even want to cook but I did. I asked Kimmie what she wanted and the answer was hot dogs on the grill
I used persimmon wood to add flavor, it'd pretty good I must say


In this picture you can see the persimmon wood smoking while cooking the hot dogs



OH did I ever tell y'all Kimmie likes them BURNT?   LOL
