What a forum!!

You really have to take a step back and see what a great bunch of folk are on this forum.  Smokeouts at NePaS's, in CA, FL, NOLA, Canada and other places.  Boxes being shipped and received all over the place.  Jan and I are headed to Hal4UK's place in June along with STC and his pretty wife. FLBR is coming through Paducah where I live in July and then head on up towards St. Louis where STC will hook up with them.  Hal, STC and brides are coming to Paducah for the BBQ Fest in September. 

When someone on this forum hurts, we all hurt.  When someone needs a hand, the hand is there literally from all over the world.

Just think it's pretty cool that we all come together over something as simple as a smoker.  In today's world, that's pretty special in my book.

Not me I hate you all.................oops did I type that out loud. Sorry. Yup I have said it also. This place is so special. It is an amazing forum that is second to none. You think you just bought a smoker but it is more than that. UPS and USPS can't keep up with us and the generousity here is above and beyond. We have boxes going to people who may never even meet face to face, but that doesn't mean anything. We tease and badger each other all in good natured fun (especially on the chat rooms). We are like brothers and sisters except we actually get along with each other. We share parts of our lives together that strangers would never share with someone who has never seen our faces in 3D. And on top of all that we have a host that really cares about us all and anyne who should come along in the future. They fix us up when we break down, they donate generously when we get together, They provide this forum to us free of charge and now the chatroom, and they joins us in the fun we have here on the forum. I don't think of this as just a forum, This an extended family. In fact I don't even communicate with my own family as much as I do with my good friends on here. I am not trying to out do what Larry said at all. I am just very passionate about this place and this great bunch of friends I have found here. Larry you said a mouthful, I just have a bigger mouth........Wait that didn't come out right.  ;D
