Puts me in the mood to but I don't have any shells for the shotgun. Nice looking sausage buddy.

I like to give it at least 48 hr before taking outta the casing and digging in.  ::)

Not hot enough to make your nose run but enough red pepper you know its there, along with the mustard seed, onion and garlic.

Curt...the finished deer sausage is killer, I have some in the freezer and now I think it's time to get some and have at it...after seeing yours finished...well done my friend..

Didn't hunt with a group this year so I only had 3 deer instead of my normal 6
