Smoked a 10 lb bone in turkey breast

Brined a 10 lb bone in turkey breast for 20 hours in a apple brine i found on here then let it dry overnight. then gave it a light coating of evoo and seasoning



After 4 hours of pecan/cherry

  After 7 hours total ready for foil and i let it sit for 30 min
Time to cut it up was very juicy and tasted out of this word
Lets eat !!!

Now that is a good lookin breast, I like that in a sandwich using pumpernickel..
