I am so new to this sausage making that I can't even be considered a rookie
A friend on another hunting forum steered me here.
I live in north central Mississippi in the rural community of Pyland, and am building my last home on 48 acres of land that is loaded with wildlife
I am an avid hunter and do most of my hunting with a 54 caliber flintlock rifle and I hunt only fr the meat. Trophy's are nice but I love venison and Turkey

I'll try not to bother you much but I have so much to learn
