Got a little tied up in the festivities lastnight but did get a couple pictures.... see it did happin.

My soppin sauce for the ribs.

Goin for the PTC...........I use plastic rather than foil.  ;D

It is great stuff but will turn to rock if it gets exposed to humid air.
I used a vacuum canister that was somewhat successfull for many months.
The powder did get onto the gasket an the canister would not maintain the vacuum for a long period of time.  I would recommend separating the quantity and vacuum pack in multiple small quantities so is stays fresh longer until you need another quantity.
