Use "Easy off". It works great. You only have the racks,V-tray and bowl. stick the tray in the sink,lay the racks over top and then spray them down with the oven cleaner. Let it sit for 30 mins and rinse. And use pam before you smoke.
I like to walk threw life on the path of least resistance. But sometimes the path needs a good kick in the ass.

Jim, I use a hi-temp grill spray for the top of my V-tray to start.

I try to scrape the v-tray while it still warm.

I spray mine with Dawn Power Dissolver and let sit and rinse off.

I also bought a real stiff nylon brush from Wally World in the

hardware section. Does a great job for getting under the vents on

the V-tray. On the racks I spray them with Pam. I put all these in

the dish washer after I have got the big gunk off and use the power

scrub cycle. They are ready for next time.

I was lookin' for the Dawn Power Disolver,but couldn't find it. Maybe it's a "American" thing !
