Finally got in an all nighter in the new Traeger. Here are some pics.

Down for the night.

Good Evening Mr. POKE.  Put in about 6:45 pm. Even got to use my brand new Frog Mats.  :)

Gooooood Morning. Mr. POKE

Put in a pan and finished in the bradley. Had 12 hours in smoke setting in the Traeger. Let me just say, I was impressed by how much smoke it was producing and the temps were holding between 180 to 200.

Sammie time with a little drizzle of sauce. Nothing fancy tonigh. Just sammies.  :)  Nice smoke flavor.

You got the Traeger digital controller or the Ortech?
Natural Gas 4 burner stainless RED with auto-clean
2 TBEs(1 natural gas & 1 LP gas)
OBS(Auberins dual probe PID, 900w finned element & convection fan mods)
2011 Memphis Select Pellet Smoker
BBQ Grillware vertical smoker(oven thermostat installed & converted to natural gas)
