I Went NUTS Today!

 :o Well I know some of you think I'm Nuts everyday.  ;)

Had a 3lb bag of Pistachios and Made a couple of different versions of Seemore's Nut recipe.

First the traditional. (each were two cups and they all got vac tumbled)



Then substituted a Habanero sauce SouthernSmoked had gave to me.



Then took the 4 whole Jalapenos from this



and made this



Next up was this WICKED stuff.



Then tried a couple of sweet sauces



On this one I used the two Tbs of rub, two Tbs of butter, two Tbs of Honey



I added an extra hour of smoke and with with Hickory.



I put that green stuff on the bottom so it won't drip on anything.  :'(

That stuff is HOT!

Heck yes!  All them look good...

I keep a bottle of that (green) El Yucateco on hand at all times!  (they make a red too)
That stuff will make your tacos sing, dance, and run around the house!
Gotta be good on pistachios!!!
