I'd cut the biguns in half, scoop out bread, brush some garlic butter in, then toast.  Maybe slice off a bit of the rounded top to level. it.

Hope ya get home soon.

I've been using bacon ends and pieces lately and really like the hunks in there, added Penzeys Pasta Sprinkle this time.
