Pucks not burning completely???

If you do get bubba pucks be sure and do not remove hot with bare hands wouldn't want you to be the first on here to get burnt!  LOL

Yep....when running the SG always have water in the bowl.  After the smoke you can empty it if you are dehydrating things.  I keep a putty knife by my smoker to clear pucks of the burner when needed.  You can add me to the group that has tried to take a puck off a hot burner using bare hands.   :o
