Hello everyone here.

First things first, happy new year for the smoking girls and guys here from us.

I got a 6 rack smoker from my wife for Christmas after complaining long enough that I miss fresh smoked trout so much ;D.
We live north of San Francisco in absolutely lovely Sonoma County.

We decided to go with a Bradley smoker based on two things. One is that customer service seems to be what it should be and second reason was this forum, or should I say the forum members.
Actually there is a third reason, I really like the way Bradley separated the smoke from the heat.
This makes so much sense to me even that I never smoked anything, except cigarettes when I was waaaaaay younger but I don?t think that?s really counting as smoking here.

That?s about it for now and here. You can be sure that we have more than enough questions down the road once we get started.
