I started off with no smoke for an hour at 120 degrees to warm them up. Then i blasted them with 4 pucks at 130 before i raised the temperature to 165 and waited for the dogs to hot 152. Bathed them in ice water immediately until temp dropped to 110. Then i hung them for a couple of hours for blooming.


did you just use 4 pucks or did you use more at higher temp

No that one was sheep casing.
