Looks like it came through with your guys help.  Got the gumbo and pie done.  The rice is cooking while the rest heats up for lunch.  A couple co-workers brought some cup cakes (sprinkled like king cake), carrot cakes (really?), bread and white rice.  Dug into my "collection" of beads from last year's NOLA vacation and passed them around.

We are ready.  More than since some of the guys are complaining that they have been smelling it for the last couple hours and we have a couple more until 11.
