Oh, the Shallot Salt is really good.  As is the Sate curry seasoning.   And I put the Sicilian Salad Seasoning into pasta sauce.
Yup...  That stuff ain't like "Montreal" seasoning; it's a finer blend packed with some serious flavor ---including smoke flavor -- I know, I know.. But dangit, it tastes awful good.

Another thing about going to the Penzey's store... They have samples of everything.  Sprinkle on your palm, lick it up, and if you don't like, you don't have to waste any money finding that out!

I did now know that!  Dang, now I'm in some serious trouble...

And they have a pot of coffee ready to cleanse your pallet after trying different spices. ;D

Also try the different sugars they have, we've tried the vanilla sugar and it was great on oatmeal. Got a bag of the cinnamon sugar that's good too.

My favorite is the Northwoods Fire. It is great on any pasta dish and on pizza too. We also like the California Crushed Jalapeno, Bold Taco Seasoning, Bratwurst and their Hungarian Style Half-Sharp paprika is really good.
