Another new toy

Well got another package today. Instead of a therma pen decided to try this Taylor. it reads in about 4 sec.  but basically the same as the therma pen I believe. This one has a hold button so you can grab a temp and close the door then  read in stead of letting more heat out. Also a calibration button. Also quite a bit cheaper. Well see what happens now. Got to love that wife and her surprise packages. Now how did she know I wanted something for my meat hobby?





Also like the small tip on this one. Smaller hole and all!



On when you open probe and shuts off when you close.
